The name Ouro was inspired by the word
‘Ouroboros’ which symbolize cyclicality and the ability to constantly re-creating itself.
This project’s intention is to rethink and redesign
the postal experiences and
delivery services, think about how to connect online and offline user journeys while maximizing
customers’ convenience and reliances. I wanted to bring back the joyfulness while people are sending
or receiving a package. It took me approximately four months to finish all the designs and in the
end I summarized all collaterals of this project with a book in a style-guide manner.
